I don't understand the physics work power and energy unit

Work and energy are the same thing.  Their unit is the Joule.  One joule means the energy it takes to push with a force of 1 newton through a distance of 1 meter. The unit of power is the Watt.  That's the rate of work or energy.  One watt means using 1 joule of energy (for example, push with a force of 1 newton through a distance of 1 meter), and doing that in exactly 1 second.
