After running a dc operating point analysis in ltspice, if the current through a resistor shows up as negative,  in order to have the current show up as positive just flip the resistor Ohm’s law states that the voltage across a conductor is directly proportional to the current flowing through it, provided all physical conditions and temperatures remain constant.Since ,  we know that whenever current crosses a resistor there will occur a potential drop . Resistors doesn't have any polarity , that means resistor is placed in such a way that drop in potential is showing a negative change in potential . Crossing a resistor in the opposite direction as the current gives you a positive change in potential and the current show up as positive .
