Bodies of water have a different air pressure than the nearby land. The pressure ALWAYS moves from hight pressure to low pressure. Depending on wether the land or ocean has a higher pressure, it will be a sea breeze or land breeze. (Wind names are ALWAYS named by where they come FROM) For example- If the higher pressure is coming FROM the sea and moving towards the lower pressure on land, it's a sea breeze.
